MULTIFUNCTIONAL STIMULUS-SENSITIVE MICROCAPSULES AND NANOCRYSTALS FOR EARLY DIAGNOSIS AND EFFICACIOUS TREATMENT OF LUNG AND BREAST CANCERS (State Contract no. 16.1034.2017/PCh)

In the course of applied research on Multifunctional Stimulus-Sensitive Microcapsules and Nanocrystals for Early Diagnosis and Efficacious Treatment of Lung and Breast Cancers (State Contract no. 16.1034.2017/PCh, Grant Agreement of May 31, 2017), the functional characteristics of the nanoprobes have been estimated ex vivo in biological samples, the specificity of detection of tumor cells has been assessed, and the possibility of using the microcapsules for the delivery and controlled release, as well as using the nanoprobes for in vitro analysis in cell cultures and immunohistochemical analysis, has been demonstrated.
