MULTIFUNCTIONAL STIMULUS-SENSITIVE MICROCAPSULES AND NANOCRYSTALS FOR EARLY DIAGNOSIS AND EFFICACIOUS TREATMENT OF LUNG AND BREAST CANCERS (State Contract no. 16.1034.2017/PCh)

The results of studies carried out in the course of applied research on Multifunctional Stimulus-Sensitive Microcapsules and Nanocrystals for Early Diagnosis and Efficacious Treatment of Lung and Breast Cancers (State Contract no. 16.1034.2017/PCh, Grant Agreement of May 31, 2017) were reported and discussed at the IV International Conference on Applications in Optics and Photonics (AOP 2019) held in Lisbon, Portugal, on May 31 to June 4, 2019 in the form of an oral presentation.

Researchers from LNBE presented a study on Еngineering of Fluorescent Biomaging Tools Based on Quantum Dot-Encoded Polyelectrolyte Microcapsules and Their Cancer Cell Targeting Applications by G. Nifontova, M. Baryshnikova, F. Ramos-Gomes, F. Alves, I. Nabiev, and A. Sukhanova. The abstract has been published in the Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Applications of Optics and Photonics, AOP2019, Lisbon, Portugal, 31 May-1 June 2019, p. 97
(http://www.optica.pt/aop2019/docs/AOP2019_ABSTRACTS.pdf ). The report from LNBE was awarded with the first prize of the conference (http://optica.pt/aop2019/awards.html).
